all the water for the radiator flow down directly in the engine. I tried to put water directly wia the water pump intake and as soon as I put water it flows down in the engine. I suppose it is due to a corroded soft plug but I am not sure. By the way where are located the soft plugs?
Any ideas?

There are 3 or 4 soft plugs under the valve cover that rot out on that engine. If you are tool handy it's not a bad job if you are familiar with removing and installing regular soft plugs.

Thanks, but I know about these soft plugs in the head of the engine. My problem is elsewhere. When I put water directly in the engine (via the pump intake) the water does not go in the head of the engine, it goes direcltly in the engine and then in the oil. then I suppose it is due to a soft plug directly in the engine core. are there soft plugs in the engine core?
any idea?
