Hi,

I've got a Du-Al 250, which is a basic loader with PTO pump and tank. I replaced the valves, and I can hear air in the lines when the tractor is off and I lower the loader. I thought the air would bleed off of it's own accord, but do I need to loosen the slip fittings on the hoses and cycle the loader up and down a few times to get the air out?

Got a good deal on the valves, it's great having the loader at the same level in the morning as when I left it last night.

Thanks for all help,

Doc

Sounds like youve got a leak in the control valves. Probably needs new o-rings.

The air should bleed out just by useing it, any time I have worked on my loader system over a few hours of makeing it do its thing the air came out on its own.
