I'm looking at a 1977 White 2-150.It has cab (WITH SOME MISSING GLASS),duals, excellent engine, poor brakes, front weights, rebuilt tranny, good hydralics, and about 50% tread on back tires. He is asking $1500.00. Does this sound like a decent price? I'm not to familiar with White's. If I get it does anyone know of where I can find some glass for it?

While to big for my needs I would be putting certified money order in his hands tonight!
That is a steal and you are doing it legally.

I would jump on that deal with both feet. I would still consider it at 4X that price.

YES that is a good price. Rebuild the brakes and talk to a glass shop about the cab.
The 2-150 uses the 5** cu. in. Moline engine and the oliver three speed intermediate transmission. A big strong tractor. If you go looking back I think you will find an Oliver that used the same engine/3 speed. I think the 2155--not sure though.

YES!!!!thats a good price!, $1,500 thats give away price!, you couldn't even buy the tires for that. Thats a 150hp tractor, and for that price I'd forget about the brakes and missing glass. There must be something terribly wrong with it for that price.

Johnathan the man that is selling the tractor has farmed with it for years and has sold his farm and is moving on .He says that there is nothing wrong with the tractor other than the brakes need overhauld. I am sure I will go ahead and buy it. Thanks for your response.
