Carl, A friend of mine was visiting with a large steel building manufacturer here in central Texas, Best book it tomorrow, For that is when the new prices go in effect!
Steel prices are going through the roof, Poco-Pronto!!
Waiting will cost you big time. Hope this helps.
Later,
John A.

I assume you are talking about Mueller Buildings in Ballinger, I too, have heard of several price increases due in the next few months due to the increased cost of steel, the builder for my house was telling me this, as they are a supplier of metal roofing like I want.
I contracted to have a Morton Building erected(before I heard of Mueller), due to Morton's reputation, quality, and guarantee. As mentioned above, there are beaucoups of metal building manufacturers, but I am hesitant due to their lack of time in the business, the doubtful quality of their materials (ie. imported steel), ability to honor their guarantee, if any, the quality of the workmanship and work crews, etc, etc, etc.
I guess I lucked out for once in my life, by locking in the price before the increases sent it out of sight, as it was I decreased the intended size by about 400 square feet, (for which I will probably always regret).
