Farmall A Rebuild Oil Pressure

I recently rebuilt and fired up the engine on my Farmall A. I have the valve cover off to observe the oil flow. I have good pressure readout from the guage. This engine has not run in maybe 25 years!

My question is, how much oil should be flowing out the rockers? I can see some trickling out, but there is no "waterfall" type flow. Is this normal?

Thanks,
Tim

Only important thing is that there is oil at all rockers. As Allan says, here will be enough thrown around when it is running faster. The oil you put in there at rebuild will be enough until it has run some litte while.

Hi Tim,

Sounds normal to me. You're not gonna see much with it running at a slow speed with the cover off.

Allan
