Hello The lever for the 2nd/4th range of my 1070 transmission is stuck in nuetral. I cannot engage 2nd or 4th. The tractor also will not start unless I override the nuetral safety switch. Any advice on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

I had this happen to mine a couple of times. Is there a lot of slop in the lever in the cab? I just give mine a serious tug and yank and work the clutch/brake pedal at the same time and it popped free. Try to do this just as you hear the engine sound change when you press in the pedal. I would ask this question on the Case tractor forum as those boys have a lot of experience with 1070's.
