I have purchased an NAA that is still using the OE type cartridge oil filter. I have removed the canister, but I am not sure that the pieces were all in the right position. The cartidge kit I bought has many gaskets and washers (some of which I don't think I'll be using on this application). My question is -- if I have the center bolt in my hand, what is the order in which put on the needed parts? Also, the cartridge has a cardboard looking cap on one end. Which end goes on the bolt first?

Check the 9N, 2N, 8N discussion board....Somebody else just asked the exact same question and got a very well detailed response.
