This is only tractor related if you consider that without our ladies allowing us our toys, we wouldn't have them at all.Yesterday I called a company called Hammacher Schlemmer. Two years ago, I bought one of those robot vacuums for my Mrs, so she would have more time to pamper me. It had, I think, a 6 month warranty. I bought it from Hammacher Schlemmer because they claimed to have a lifetime guarantee. Their price was the same as everyone elses. Anyways, the vacuum quit on us. We like it. So I call them. No problem. Send it back, we'll either credit your credit card for the full price you paid (they are now $20 less), or we will exchange it for the same item, or you can exchange it for another item. WOW. I'll say it again backwards. WOW. I have to pay the shipping to get my old vacuum there ($10), and they will send a new one, no charge, no freight or anything. I asked how come they aren't broke yet. The nice sales rep told me, repeat business sir. People come back because of that warranty. I believe it, I will. So anyways, Hammacher schlemmer is mostly a gift catalog. If any of you remember LaBelle's, or the Blue Book, I would say it's about like that except on a much smaller scale. Housewares, sporting goods, toys, electronics, etc. It is a nice place to shop for your important ones. The rep did tell me that occasionally, their prices will be more than other places. I haven't seen any indication of that so far. The stuff they sell is top-notch too. I'm a troll, and I approve this message.
