Hi all. I replaced a leaky spool o-ring on my neighbor's super A last night. I have never operated a super A or cub, an my neighbor drove it in the shop, so I am not familiar with it. This morning i started it up to check my work and noticed that both rock shafts lower very slowly. The belly mower, that hangs on the right side, is a modern, light weight mower. Do these rock shafts have hydralic pressure only on the up stroke, and rely on gravity to lower the mower? Thanks, John

JR: They have presure both ways. Must be something wrong as most folks complain about them being too fast. They are rather hard to feather.
