L-35 Kubota recently had shuttle shift repaired. Tractor would not move. Now everything seems mostly ok except that while shifting gears, get a few second pause after clutch is released or while shifting on the go. No slippage after travel is resumed. ????? ????? ?????

The L35 has a glide shift tranny, there are adjustments for how snappy the shifts are in the valve body(s). Make sure they put the best Kubota Super UDT oil back in, generic oils don't meet kubota specs and you could fry the clutch packs. Make sure the filter is clean too.

I assume it is the main clutch and not the hydraulicly controlled clutch that was changed.

Sorry, thought you said clutch not shuttle, most likely the solenoids got tinkered with.

May want to get them adjusted, you'll find if you go to shift going downhill it is quite a ride!

I'll get this all out eventually! The solenoids run the valves on the newer models of glideshift, maybe this older model just has hydraulically activated valves.

1995 or 1996 model. Are adjustments something a Kubota dealer or mechanic would have to do?
