Hydaulic shudder when lowering bucket on bobcat

My M600 bobcat is running great now...after much work, including rebuilding the spool valves. Last problem to correct is a intermittent shudder of the bucket that only occurs when lowering the bucket and only at a certan speed of lowering it. Also, the engine comes under load when the bucket is lowering. If I feather the lever and let it down slow, no problem, and if I "drop" the bucket fast, no problem, it only seems to appear when lowering the bucket at about the same speed as it raises...I have new filter, and plenty of oil in the system. It did this even before rebuilding the spool valves...I am considering a bad hydaulic line that is resticting flow when under pressure...any thoughts on that idea? or any other thoughts...thanks

i could have a regenerating valve so as to slow decent. also a restricer so pump presser is needed to lower boom reason being is to control loaded decent when handling large loads

You may need a flow divider valve, this valve splits the flow of a pump into two cylinders equally. Does the bobcat have one on it now? You may not know but if it does have it and it is not working properly then it is a possible cause.

I'd say it sounds like there's still a problem in the spool valve. Maybe a pit or scratch in the spool that is allowing oil to try to go both ways when in that exact position? Depending on the style of system you have, engine load at partial flow could be normal.

It sounds like there is something binding, causing the shudder, and loading the system, making the engine work.

One of the cylinders may have a bent rod, or have a damaged barrel.

I am thinking that maybe the linkage is loose or that if there are 2 cylinders on the bucket that there is a differance in flow from one cylinder to the other. This would cause the shuddering too.

Thanks for the ideas. It does not do it if the engine is off and I lower the bucket. Only does it with engine running. each side has it own cyl so it does use two per side....neither side leaks..I am going to change some hoses and see what happens
