If it is as good as you say it is then i would say that 21-2400 is where it wouls sell as they do not make them any more and some guy still like to pick corn for there cows , and yes it is a slow job with one row been there done that but if ya get a wet year and ya got to get that corn off then it gets the job done .

Thanks for the replys He has all the time in the world to sell. His son wants it out of the shed but unless Ray gets enough for it he won't sell it. He say's he'll have to get 2000 or he'll keep it

Just bought a used one last year, not bad shape for 200 at a farm sale . And yes I live by Holmes Co. Ohio. I have seen these go for upwards of 700 in nice shape at local sales.

Lots of luck! Not many ear corn guys like myself left.

I would have to say that for a 1 row as clean as you're saying it is in central OH would go for $400-$600.

If you advertise it over at the Holmes Co. area there are probably amish interested. Some of them put an engine on them. Also up around Shipshewana, Ind.

I saw a 2 row super picker bring $700 a couple weeks ago, hasn't been but a couple years ago they would bring in the $3000 range.A local jockey has a barn full of those high priced pickers and grain drills, but the market went south.

Need to sell it fast, or got time?

Here in southern Minnesota it would bring about $50-150 No one wants a one row. Two rows typically bring less than $500. But over in parts of PA, you could get $1200 or more for it. In your area, I would think somewhere in the $500-1000 would be possible?

So, if you can wait for a buyer, you can ask a lot. If you want to be rid of it.....

Kinda hard to say without seeing it but I'd think maybe 900-1000 if it is that good. Trouble is not very many guys want a one row. Or at least the ones that do don't have much money.
