Tom
I got it off. Lots of tapping on the sides of the rotor and it poped off.

Are you talking about seperating the rotor of the generator from the crankshaft of the engine?

I have never done it, but i am told that the rotor hooks up by a tapered crank shaft and to screw the bolt in and leave it just a little loose and to tap on the bolt a little. Let me know how it goes so i can learn from it also.
