I was just at that site maybe try just www.fordson-dextra.de ,then search the doadloasds for what you want..I was just looking at the electrical section ,it's 22 pages so hope ya got high speed ..

Thanks "Phil,got no deer" I'm not much good with German, but more importantly, I need a backyard mechanic's explanation of the conversion from Lucas Generator to GM Alternator with Built-in Regulator. Any Ideas?

me nope,,I'm a tractor newbee ,,but you should re-post new message stating what your after ..that site had engilish on it as well when I was there .I was wondering why people are switching from gen to alt ...is it cause the generator was bad or ????

Thanks for the info on the English version Phil:
I may have rushed it.
Yes the Generator quit,(actually I think I may have caused its demise, I hooked the recharged battery to + to Ground as indicated in the manual) and when I went to the Auto Electrics shop they asked, "Why not an Alternator?"
So here we are!.Kearns.
