I can tell when it is time to start getting calls for discing. This is the same time the price of gas starts to go up. Regular is around 2.72 I haven't bothered to check diesel yet. That will probable be more than regular.Stan

Gas prices here in SW ontario Canada are right at 96.5 cents/ Cdn $ per litre. A litre is just a bit bigger thatn a US quart. filled my GMC pick up the other day (120 litre tank ) The used up $100 real fast.

I sure don't drive around like I used to.We now wait until we have a few things to do in town before going. Most people I know do the same thing. Probably happens all over the country. The price goes up but I'll bet you a hundred dollars to a donut hole that consumption goes down

Well the excuse I heard was that they are getting the refineries ready to start producing the new lower sulphur diesel.

Yeah, and the price I"m asking for my baled hay is going to go up this season too! Question is how much can I go, still remain competetive, and not loose money on expenses.

The excuse I heard on the radio today is that the refineries are in the transition from making the winter blend to making the summer blend. Therefore, they are low on supplies. They just won"t be happy until we"re paying five bucks a gallon.
