Nope, not running yet! After a new ECM, ign module, new fuel pump, filter, regulator, MAP sensor, coils, wires, plugs, to no result, it still wont start. The injectors dont pulsate, both wires test hot with a test light, when the engine cranks, the test light dims, but do not pulsate. 2 computers tried, 2 ign modules tried,, Ive had the crank postiton sensor out, and checked it out, its not damaged, the volt meter shows a trigger from it. That hooks directly to the ign module,,, has spark, has fuel pressure, now, there is a fuse box on the right fender,,, the ign circuit shows it hot when the key is in run,, when I hit the key to start,, those circuits go dead,,,, book says it should be hot when the switch is on, and in start position,, the power source comes from the alternator to the fuse block,, then the large wire goes to the starter with a fusable link,, if the fusable link blowed, or,, the alternator died in it,, could that kill the entire engine? I dont have the money to take it to a chevy garage, Ive got more time and a resource of junkyards to swap parts out,, If I can get it running, with all the parts I put on it, it should run lik a new one,,, if it ever fires back up! LOL! Thanks for any info,,, wife is not happy to ride in the old farm truck!! its too bad,,, I love that truck!! HAHAHA! HELP!
