Hey guys, seems like the country is in kind of a fix here. Some areas are getting soaked but we are needing some of that rain so bad its not even funny. We had a bad drought last year as probably most of you know and we started out getting some rain nad things were looking better and bang here comes another drought. I would like to ask for your prayers for relief from these conditions and also for the areas who need a drying time and a cool off time as well. I would like to see highs in the lower 90's but I really don't have too much of a problem with some 100's for awhile but we just need some of that rain that those others are being hammered by.
Many thanks!
Gary

I wish we in Michigan could give you some, it is raining now as of 4pm Aug/3 and we have had 5 inches or so in July.

Yeah it's done past serious here too and even having irrigation doesn't always help in a drought. Many here have already abandoned irrigated crops for the season and spent too much on them. Only seen 3 decent dryland crops in last 10 years and many of us going with no dryland harvest this time for summer or fall. More farm sales already starting and winter isn't here yet. Seems to try to rain in a few spots but not here last few days. A tenth in July and only sprinkles doesn't get it done. Maybe that cool front that is here will head on down your way for some relief too or bring some rain. Still going to be in 90s here today with a chance of rain.
