No doubt the 6000 series have got more iron in them, but it all depends on your needs. In my case, I want a tractor thats more nimble and will easily fit in the woods, so out of the two choices, I would choose the 5025. I don't really like the new 5025 because they built them bigger in physical size, they are taller than the previous models and MFWD is 7' wide, which I would much rather have a 6' width because things like my brushhog are 6', and I don't want to have to widen the roads in my woods. I really like the size of the 5005 series myself, those the MFWD versions are 6' wide and they are pretty short and nimble so that would go really good on my place. I looked at the 5205, the most powerful of the series, which is 50pto hp, but I really would like to have maybe 15 more horses, and different transmission choices, with a power reverser option, and tire options like the 5025 series, then they would be really nice. Bigger isn't always better, it just depends on your uses, now if you wanted a heavy duty loader tractor and had the room for its larger size, a 6000 would be it.
