Yes Richard i do know Brian Wright. I first met Brian when we went to collage 50yrs ago and we have been good friends eversince. Talking to him yesterday wen i was competing in a ploughing match at Edwinstowe Notts. I was also talking to Nick Kitchen recently and he told me he got GNN 508 saved for you for the H . Brian no longer has the ploughing match in the spring as it dose not fit in with his farms crop rotation. I am also Vice Chairman of the Notts group of the NVTEC Nick is Vice Presedent. Glad to hear Brian is well, my eldest son, now 17 will never forget the day he drove his D7, he was only very small then. Our ploughing match season is finished here but will kick off again in around May and carry on through the winter untill September, I have brought a double furrow Cockshutt plough to go behind the 'H', last season I used my Ransome TS54A which I fetched from England, but you cannot use skims or tail pieces here in Vintage or Plain classes! I am secretary for the Lincoln Ploughing Association.(thats the one here, near Christchurch not the one up the A46!) Yes Nick did get my number plate saved very efficient he was too, if I get pulled in by the police I'll tell them I took a wrong turn on Derby ring road and got lost!!!, Having said that a couple last year did drive a 1950s Morris Oxford overland from Oxford, England to Oxford, New Zealand which is about an hour away from here. All the best from down under.
