Take the cover off the knuckles between the clutch and tranny. get yourself a long bar, while standing on the right side, insert it in the knuckle assy and pull down jarring it as you put down pressure on it. You may want to install the head to keep the sleeves from coming out.

PB works ok on bolts but not well on pistons/rings. Take a rag and soak up the PB and then fill the cylinders with tranny fluid. Let it sit for a few days or a week. Watch it close and top it off if you find any cylinders getting low, that tells you its working. If after a week it hasn't popped loose then take a tablespoon of gas and pour it in on top of the tranny fluid and light it up. Let it burn till it goes out. If those 2 things don't work then its time for the hammer and bloke of wood and maybe new pistons. Doing those things has worked for me on more then 10 engines in the last 2 years and only one didn't pop free and even it did on all but one cylinder and it needed a new sleeve

Not to be the bearer of bad news or anything, but sometimes the only way to get those pistons out is to destroy them. If yours has been stored in-doors, it is probably not that bad.

Try putting the tractor in high gear and gently rocking the rear tires forward and back, if this does not break it loose, you will probably have to remove the rod caps and tap each piston down with a block of wood and a hammer.Note that this sometimes damages the ring grooves of the stuck pistons.

Posted previously by Brian (?): pour a small amount of diesel in each bore and light it on fire. The heat will expand the parts and free it up. Easy to do since you already have the tin and head off.
