What is happening to the price of fuel these days? Here in S Calif regular is over $3.00 a gal. Seams like the price goes up about a month before I start mowing, and discing. I haven,t priced off road diesel yet. Stan

This slays me. Does any body put their money where their mouth is? Big oil is ripping us off,big drug companies are robbing us,they sell stock and futures you know. How many of you have the guts to buy them? Some people spend an awful lot of time wandering through the daisies looking for dog sh*t.

Elections are done for a while and politicians and big companies say who cares? They don't care since you are paying for their transportation. Put the gripe in their ear and the squeeze to them every chance you get. We use to be a bit less but after a area refinery fire they won't be back up 100% operation for almost a year so fuel here is high too.

I agree 100% with the replies here! I don't know where the problem stems from but SOMEBODY - SOMEWHERE is makin' money. I don't know if it's the states, the gov'ment, or the oil _ssholes, but it SURE ain't us at the pumps!

Gas was around $2.12 a couple weeks ago, now it's back up to $2.49 and sure to go up even higher... Situation looks something like this:

Yep. Prices are high. Just like that quart of water you paid $1.60 for yesterday (about $6.00 for a gallon of water). Get real.

"Well lets see here, we're selling it for two bucks a gallon. It'll soon be spring time. Let's pop it on up to three bucks for a while then when we drop er to $2.75 the dummies will all think that is cheap and start driving more."

Boys and girls can you say MARKETING ?

Gas was $2.49 yesterday here. I beleive that is $.22 more than this time last year. From what I have been hearing, expect 20% higher prices from now through summer over last year.
