I have a very heavy duty home made splitter that I run off the 756. It does a very good job with lots of power to split everything we put thru it.
The question----- How can I set it up so that i can run the splitter with out someone on the tractor running the lever. Would like to have a control on the splitter.
Thanks for any suggestions.

The only trouble with that is you MUST make sure power hose from tractor is hooked to inlet port of valve each time, or it will ruin the valve. Cheaper to install 8 h.p.motor and 2 stage pump and valve. BTDT

You answered the question yourself. Go to TSC buy a single spool valve and install in the line. You will need one live line and one return line. Then mount it on the splitter in a convenient place. You can also weld a bracket to your splitter standing straight up with a handle bolted to the top of it and a rod that attaches to the handle on your tractor and then you can work it from the back. This is a lot cheaper, but will not work on a cab tractor.

I understand hooking into the hyd. line--does the lever that controls that particular line have to be in a certain position or doesn't that matter???? The lever that is on the tractor.

Yes you will have to latch it back to get power to the additional valve.

You will have 2 lines ging to the splitter, and mount the new valve on the splitter. The splitter has 2 lines - run them into the valve.
