what year is it

Today i bought what i thought was a 8n ford after being on this site i found it to be a 9n.I looked at the block on the left side and it looks like it reads,9nt 32499 can anybody help me to find out what year this is cant find this serial number on any sites any help would be great.

The 9n uses wheels with a large bolt circle compared to the 8n and without changing the hubs nothing else will fit as far as I know.

thanks for the replies the tractor ran when parked the engine turns over with the starter but no spark im going to install new points and condenser today,i have been on the net for hours looking at pix of other tractors but none of them have wheels on them like mine, im going to need two new front wheels they are rusted bad around the valve stem. im going to use this tractor but im also going to make it look new thanks again im now looking for tractor friends craig

Quick physical check to ID,

If it has one pedal on the left side and two on the right with a 4spd trans it's an 8N.

If it has two "left" pedals and one right it's 9N.
