I`ve got a 706 That I pull the round baler with and it sure dose get hot out there . Was thinking I might put a cab on it If I ever get around to dressin it up a bit . I like the look of the diamond shaped cab . Are they all the same from the 706 up ? Will one off a 856 fit a 706 , etc. ? Just want to know in case I run into one at a auction or behind somebodys barn . I`ve seen them go for next to nothin around here . Can Air be added to one that dont have without to much trouble ?

Yep,

Should bolt right on there. Make sure you get all those extra little parts like the floorboards, filler shrouds, etc.

They've got air conditioners now that are self contained. Just a "bolt-on" deal, from what I gather.

Don't hold a gun to my head, but I think that front contour plate "should" be the same between the 06s and the 56s.

IH started building their own cabs starting with the 66 series and that's where the big differences start to happen.

The 806-856 do have taller hoods than the 7's. I think there is about 2 1/2-3 inches differance between them.
