Awhile back the discusion of who bought who of case and IH went through here . I remember being at the local case dealer right after they joined forces and he had two new case tractors that were painted red . I cant remember what badges they were wearing but they were a case tractor with red paint . I have never seen any of these sence then and just wandered if any one here bought one or what happened to them , maybe settin in a barn with a tarp over`em . There had to be more than those two , I guess they would use up what supply of tractors they had .

IN 1988 or 1989 I bought 1896 Case 4Wd that was painted red. I really liked that tractor. It had the power shift trany with 5.9L cummins, cab. It even had the computer system in it that you could calculate your acreage . It also had the wheel slippage available. It was amazing to see the difference from 2wd to 4wd.it would chasnge from 6-7% up to 30-35% with out.I also ran a 12 ft blade on it for snow worked real slick for that with the powershift.

I assume they were 94 series since some were white and some were red yet they still had CASE in big letters on them.
