I bought a tiny little house this spring. It was only 535 square feet - of which about 140 feet was a crummy shed roofed addition on the back end.
So Thursday and Friday I worked my rear end off and tore off the the addition. 5 trailer loads to the landfill so far. I normally work hard but this project has given me some pretty sore muscles.

The house is going to get a 2 story addition and a complete gut on the rest of it.Here's a photo that my photographer friend created with Photoshop

I bought the place because it sits on a triple lot. Ultimately I will tear down or move the garage. By city ordinance I can have 30% of my land covered with buildings.
Means there's a 2000 square foot garage in my future. Finally a place to work on my old tractors.
