Anyone here race lawnmowers. Guy that does my PET scans races them. Says they get up to 40 or so miles per hour. Thats NUTZ! Well ya gotta remember he works with radioactive material every day.lol,bob

it's all in the size of the pulleys. big pulley on egine+little pulley on transaxle= fast.

How they work is when you put them in gear, a disk moves, towards the end of an axle. You just have to make it go farther on that axle.

You mean old Simplex drive system? Large drive disc, small driven fiction disc sliding on axle? I think that was on Poloran(sic?)
