I think its an IH!! Im not too sure. You cant really see, but the sides are divided into 3 "panels" with the framework. The panels dont seperate. There was Green&Red paint, then Red&white paint, then something I couldnt make out. Any ideas????? I know it looks corny (or whatever I use it fer) but there was NOOO way I was spending $40 on decals fer it :)

I have an Oliver 88 RC in western Kansas - see photo ads. Alittle work would make it run strong. We have used it in pulls around here.
But buy what you want !!! - nothing worse than buying something you might like and it turns out bad.

Lanse must be one great guy considering the jesting he has endured. Refreshing to know that ther are some young guys interested in tractors and working in thast interest rather than helping girls start families before they need them.

Nice to hear that!!! I am looking long and hard for a Farmalittle H or M, but no such luck. No Farmalls, no JDs, just one restored JD4020 and a non running rustbucket of a ford for $2200. Ive tried everything, from radio classifides to putting "Wanted, Dead tractor" posters up.

Lanse, you should try Tri-Green auction over in London Oh. It's at S.R. 42 & I-70. If you get some time you could go over and look, sometimes they have some dead ones there. Probably only an hour from you.

I have a "project" H that I would sell, right now it is just a parts tractor, will need a LOT of work to get it back. Has no head, rear wheels, bad block, draw bar, clutch/pressure plate, hood needs work, been cut out for vertical distributor, no generator,no manifold, tank appears to be good, but it is a start. It has light bar, but no lights, has a super C seat on it, steering wheel needs recovered, radiator appears to be good, front hood is good, It is in Illinois, $350.00 pick it up, it is yours.

Lanse, Please don't look at it from "I am desperate", you will get burnt looking at it from that point of view. You seem young, and you have time to keep looking, as one guy said, you just need to be patient, and one will come your way. I had the same attiutde you had a few years back, a guy had an LB McCormick Deering 3-5hp gas engine for sale, I arranged to buy it, he brought it to my house to drop it off. Now at the time I was kinda new to gas engines, and a guy had given me a Sandow 2 cycle hit n miss engine made by the Detroit Motor Car company. Well, stupid me, the guy seen that and offered to trade me, I jumped on it, I was "desperate" for a hopper cooled engine of some sort and the Sandow needed a lot of work, and I did not know where to get parts for the Sandow, and did not undertstand how it ran and worked and parts were easy to get for the McCormick Deering, so I traded him even up. Found out later the Sandow is a pretty rare engine and was worth about 4 times what the engine I got was worth, so please do not act desperate or you will get taken advantage of. I did that once and now I regret it, but it is in the past and I go forward from there, and try to be a little smarter from there, not always, but at least I try. Jim

First, I ain"t say"n that"s a bad deal! I will say that I ain"t too much older than you and know how you feel, but I want to share something I have learned the hard way. When it comes to tractors (and women!!!!!) don"t get desperate. There is always some one who will be glad to take your money if you act like you ain"t got much going on between the ears. There is a tractor (and more than likly a woman) in every fence row and old barn in the country. Take some time and sooner or later you will trip over one that will be right for you. Good luck!

If I could start finding women in old barns and fence rows I think I'd be doing pretty good. You wouldn't see me much on here anyway ; )
