I bought my 4-150 with 23.1-30's singles all the way around with a lot of little problems for $4000. It has had the exhaust system all reworked, cab interior redone, center pin fixed, hyraulic hoses all changed, leaky fuel tank changed, radiator fixed, brakes and seals replaced, I painted the black and cleaned it up nice. Pics are on the tractor photos on this sight. I would think you could get anywhere from $3000- $5000 depending on the buyer. Maybe a bit more since the price of used iron has been going up lately. Better yet, put some very skinny tall tires on it and use it for a high clearance sprayer. Mount some saddle tanks on the front and a big center tank over the rear axle. They would make a great sprayer. Could have 60 foot booms on it.

We own two. Both cost right at $3000. With all 8 tires in good shape.

(But one had a blown head gasket, and the other has the over-under locked out.)

Local dealer has two of 'em that he wants $9000 each, without duals. They haven't moved in 3 years.

I see them advertized for $3,500 up to $12,000. Seems most are $6,500 or so. Unfortunatly repairs are hard to recapture when selling. I have a 4-150 in the shop with a bad engine. Paid $3,500 for it running with a leaky fuel tank. #8 piston scored on the first round in the feild. I paid $5,200 for a 4-180 this spring with 18.4-38 duals good tread but dry rotten, 2370 hrs.
