Here's my rig. Spend a couple of hours yesterday cleaning out myself and 5 neighbors.

Twice this week had to plow myself, all the neighbors and little old ladies out. JD4320 with 9ft back blade. I only need tire chains. I love plowing snow! Maybe more then plowing a field!

Been plowing non-stop with the MF 1105 and loader. Have a front blade for the JD 60 and it moves snow real fast. Had to open big areas to get wagons in for selling round bales and get bales out to cattle at a couple farms I lease out.

It is a regular John Deere blade made for the tractor, it came with the tractor when I bought it, I believe it is the same vintage. Up until a couple of years ago I could still read the original model number decal, seems like maybe it is a 42 or something like that? It is a big blade, I think 7 or 8 foot.

I was able to do a little plowing a couple of weeks ago here in Missouri with my '59 JD 435. Sure is good to hear the Jimmy whine during the winter!

Yup! We had over a foot on the ground and I spent a good amount of time working on it. Used to plow the road too but there are three other guys now with little Japanese utilities out there. It is like amateur hour and, after a couple of near collisions in the past I have decided that I only plow the road if I am alone.
You would think after 20 years it would get old, but I still enjoy a good snowfall.

Dave you need one for the B its amazing what it can do add a pair of chains and then you can realy go as they are so handy and get in small places. Some day i need to build a cab with heater and radio.

I'm gonna try to work on that over the summer. My original idea was to build a mid-mount blade but I can see that is likely to get me into a jam trying to get those front wheels thru the banks so I guess a front mount is the way to go. Could be a lot of fun. I already have some chains I think would fit. The B is one of the best starting tractors I have. It will be ready to run while my '89 Ford diesel is still sputtering and trying to get warm.
