no that little handel is the draft/ position control, i believe the handel for the live pto was on the left as you sit on the tractor and it was about 10 or 12 inches long, what it actually did was to operate a clutch pac that disengaged the rear wheel while still providing power to the pto

Eric,Sorry to keep bugging you but, I went out in the garage and the handle is on the left side and about 10-12 inchs long.The up and down handle is on the right.Is this it?
