i have a 73 deere tractor with the 219D engine. i don"t have any decals or such to identify it, but it does have flat top fenders and a parking brake. i believe its a european 2030, wouldn"t that be a 1830? in don macmillians big bbok of john deere he says that the european 2030s changed there numbers to 1830 when exported to canada. my point is could i use all the regular 2030 parts to interchange with the european model?

Pretty sure all the 2030's were built in the Manheim factory in Germany. If it has a two stick transmission that would confirm it.

However the 1830 is a new one to me.
