Nutritionally speaking, what is a mushroom really good for? They taste good, but from a dietitians point of view, what would someone say?

Me and my neighbor went out today up in her woods and found 40 mushrooms while it was 42 degrees and sleeting in central Missouri.

Had someone sneak in and steal some last year. This year I have a game camera that will catch the thief. Still to early and cold for them here, though....
