My wife was talking to one of her friends yesterday, told her F-150 died. She told the better half that she had a Bronco that ate its computer when the PCM bit the dust. My mechanic told me the other day that our PCM wouldn't shut off due to a grounding short. Has this happened to anyone else?

Check out these folks: >Link

I've>Link always had the experience with my truck that it worked or didn't, without an in between. The module in the distributop and the coil cn go from one minute to the next. But, at the same time, the ignition switch on a ford can slide a little on the column and really give you fits (and set the stage for a real healthy mechanic bill.
