It rope starts pretty easy after it has been running. It has a lot of compression since I rebuilt the engine. I don't use it much anymore.
It mows good on rough areas or on your lawn. It's a mulcher mower and the grass needs to be dry when mowing. I mow the garden off in the Fall
and it chews up everything. I use to raise pole lima beans and had a hard time getting rid of the vines until I bought this mower in 1976. One pass over them with this mower and you wouldn't have known they were vines. Hal
PS: I have blossoms on some of my tomatoes.
