Your President has advised he will visit Canada on his first trip outside the US.Some goverment USA body has also advised him to adopt a buy USA policy. This is a direct free trade agreement violation. The US apparently wants to kick start its steel industry. Canadians are very worried about this and all we can do is threaten to adopt the same policy and sell china all our water and lumber and oil.Currently 85 percent of our oil goes to the usa.Is this how our southern friend is going to treat us? There will be grave consequences if this is allowed to happen.

His visit has apparently put an end to the bus strike in Toronto. Seems someone told him there was good public transport in Canada. Dave

Northener,

If Canada would require him to produce a birth certificate along with his passport, I bet he wouldn't come.

The buy American is only part of the economic recovery bill, and it's only if it doesn't raise prices too much. If we're going to spend $800,000,000,000 to put Americans back to work, shouldn't it be targeted at Americans?

Or maybe you think that buying rebar and I beams from China will fix our unemployment?

Don't say things like that. We want him less than you do.

Keep the mooo-slum dirt bag. There are already grave consequences on the southern side of the border to the election of the ignoramous. Do both countries a favor and see if you can arrange a happy accident of some kind.

Crazy talk like that can lead to a visit from the U.S. Secret Service.

Looks like a real simple concept. There's hardly any moving parts. Wonder why it never caught on.
