OptionExplanation
Audio and Video objects can have dangerous content in them. It is often a good idea to look at the a post prior to having the Audio or Video object actually display. This option lets you see the post without seeing the audio or video object and lets you choose whether or not you want to display it.
On slow speed circuits, images can take much longer to see the post. If you are less interested in photos and primarily interested in the text of posts, this option will cause photos not to display until you've read the post and choose to display them.
If you would prefer not to have URL Links show up when you first read a post, this option will allow you to open and view the text of a post without having the URL Links display. You can then choose to show the post with Links if you would like to see them.
It is possible for a post to contain HTML commands that have been entered by the poster. This option changes the starting and ending characters of HTML commands so that you can see the command the entered rather than your browser executing them. Some feel that user supplied HTML adds value to a post while others prefer to see only the textual content of the post without any embellishments. Still other people are wary of dynamically entered HTML for security reasons. This option renders HTML useless as much as possible, including Images, Links, Embedded Audio/Video and formatting such as font changes, colors, boldfacing and italics. Use this option with caution as it degrades the browsing experience.
This option will have your posts open up showing all the details of the poster such as rank, number of posts and date that they joined YT without having to press the Expand link each time.
This option will allow your access to the forums to default to either Classic view or Modern View. Classic view is better for low speed connections as it displays the posts in a more textual format. Both views have roughly the same options available and display the same forums and posts. Your registered id will work on either. If the box is unchecked, your default is Classic, check the box for a default of Modern View. (this option is currently only partially implemented, some forum links will still default to Classic View)
This option will allow you to view the left hand Menu when using Modern View. If the box is unchecked, your default is to not display the menu when using Modern View.

George bought his Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for 200.00. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken by Harold alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that the major was produced late 19 ... [Read Article]
