1963 Cub Cadet 100 & 1965 Model 122 Antique Tractor
 | This is a photo of two of my Cub Cadet garden tractors. I built the crawler in my home shop over a nine month period. I have over 1300 hours in the project. All of the tooling to form and aid in the manufacture of the parts I also designed and built in my shop. In all, 615 parts were made for the crawler including the tracks, sprockets, front idlers, lower track rollers, final drives, steering mechanism, frame, track frames and fenders. I used the motor, hood, grille, cowel, transaxle and seat and spring from a 1963 model 100. All other parts were made in the shop for the tractor. The other tractor is a 1965 model 122 which is restored and detailed to stock condition. It has lights, 3 point hitch and a creeper drive. I am now in the process of building a 1963 model 100 four wheel drive that should be done by May. Submitted by Dan Hoefler |
