AJ, Did not think the Pettibone had a torque converter?? When clutch is engaged the skidder moves. The chamber where the fluid is located it in the bell housing right behind the block. Could this be a wet clutch?? The fluid is red in color if that helps. Friend of mine said to use Type F fluid. When your suggested Hytrans did you mean hydraulic/transmission fluid? I am sure you mean to replace all fluid with new! The clutch is a hydraulic version with lines traveling from a master to slave cylinder. Not sure of the whole system, can not find any info on line so I appreciate all info you provide. Thanks for the help! Mr. T. Minnesota
