flip-back seat bracket

My father-inlaw is looking for the bracket that was on the SM's-450's that flipped the seat back.We have looked at several auctions and tractor shows, but with no luck. I think you could buy them at agriculture stores(Quality Farm-Fleet, Tractor supply,etc....)in the years past but can no longer get them in our area. I'm sure someone will be able to help us. Your great minds haven't let me down yet. THANKS!!!!!!
