The Cub-54A blade will mid-mount on a Cub with Fast Hitch by using the substitute drawbar. The substitute drawbar came with the blade but many have long since been separated from the rest of the unit. By the way, the major difference between a Cub-54 and Cub-54A blade is that the substitute drawbar for the earlier Cub-54 would not fit with the Fast Hitch. It was changed from a one piece unit to a multi-piece assembly that worked with the Fast Hitch attachment. It had to be redesigned again when the Fast Hitch depth control changed.
