I think you are trying to say: "It is my impression that most new sprayers that are powered by the p.t.o. are mounted to the tractor via three point hitch. Is there another type that I should look at."

Get a trailer type sprayer. That way you can pull it with your A. They come in two wheel and four wheel models. 25 gallons up to thousands of gallons.
