Trot on over to the JD board and see what IH guys post. Look under "RE STAND UP FOR THE JOHN DEERE NAME" posted by one KW T600. With you guys looking for a fight like that are you surprised? Honestly, a good debate, based on realistic claims is fun. Posting in illiterate caps, and screaming cliches is not fun. I don't mind the civil opinions posted by reasonable people. I will be happy to compare my fine 1954 JD 70 gas tractor with anyone who wants to talk Super M. Carrying on like second grade schoolyard bullies is not what these forums should be about. I can make plenty of honest claims for my tractor without haveing to insult yours. I am sorry your favorite brand died 17 years ago. There is no need for vindictiveness. It is all to easy to get mad and shout abuse. There are a lot of other subjects that are worth getting worked up about. Most of my friends want to argue politics. Politics actually matter. Whether you like 50 year old red tractors or green ones is inconsequential. I actually enjoy most antique tractors. I can't afford one of each, so if you do a good job on yours, I will be happy to admire your work as I've been there and done that too and I know what is involved.

If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
