Blown Head Gasket

How can I tell if I blew the head gasket on my gasoline Farmall M besides there being antifreeze in the grankcase with the oil that is? I worked it very hard pulling a large stump out of a ditch. It was a few months and some farm work after I had rebuilt the head and valves and replaced the head gasket. I also re-torqued the head bolts after a few hours of operation during the rebuild period. I don't believe this model engine had wet sleeves. When I pressurize the cooling system with spark plugs removed will I get coolant leakage out of the plug holes? Will I get more leakage down the cylinder past the piston with pressure on? This is with oil pan removed of course. Will I be able to see a trailer on the head gasket itself?
