We rebuilt the cyl. for our 31 loader last fall. We took the cyls. to the IH dealer and he took one apart and then ordered the parts. There are several different cyls. and the only way he could tell which one, was to take it apart. Cost about $60 for the parts and they came in a very small bag. Loader works fine now. Before we rebuilt it ,oil was coming out the vent. We have a 8 foot snow bucket on it and it handles a bucket full of snow just fine. It's little tough to steer though. I have never seen decals for it.
