Turbocharger is same as blower, it is an air compressor. The different between the 2 is a blower is driven machanicaly by a ( belt or gear) a turborcharger is exhaust driven. 2 fans if you will on one shaft one is in the exhaust half the other in the intake when the exhaust passes the fan in the exhaust side it turns the shaft which turns the fan in the intake side and blows air into the cylinder comprest air more air more fuel can be burt. some people get the different between naturally aspirate and artificial aspiration mixed up with fuel injection. To asperate means to breath nothing to do with fuel a turbocharged or blowen engine is artificially asperated with out turbo or blower is natural.
