Joe, while its running at idle, crack the injection lines loose one at a time on each injector and see if it misses more, or dosent change things. That will tell you whitch cyl is missing. Like pulling plug wires off a gas engine. It could be a sticking injector or a bad valve. you didn't say if it smokes, could be down on compression by bad rings, causing it to miss at idle then come in better at hi rpms. luck.
