Fair price for a Super A?

What's a fair price for a Super "A" with front blade,tire chains, PTO, two bottom plow and newer rubber. Tractor is original, including paint and has been stored inside, condition is very good. Everything works fine. I'm thinking of buying this tractor and wonder what I should offer the owner.
