IH 454 info needed!!

we purchased a IH 454 three weeks ago and here is what has happened, we couldn't take the the delivery so we left a check for the guy who had fixed the whole thing up!! my father came home and drove it around for a while intill it cut out from fuel starvation and it turned out that there are a whole lot of other things wrong with it but small things but the bad thing is that this guy did not do what he was ment to do and now we couldn't cancel the check as he went straight to the bank and he said he would come out and fix everything and guess what we have been waiting for three weeks now and we have had enough so we are going over there to drag him out by the scruff of his neck!! anyway enough of that i still need to get info on this tractor as there is a big chance we will be stiuck with it!!!!!
it looks like such a nice tractor, perfect size and weight for us and if you know of any other make and model of tractor that is more or less the same size and the rest of it then please let me know!!!!
