I have the '43 my dad bought new--S.N. 143039. It came out on skeleton steel wheels. I still have the wheels. It came out without lights and starter. It was put on rubber about '47 and the lights and starter were added in '61. It was cranked so many times that the crankhole in the front casting in worn oblong. The tractor was used until '90 on a mounted lister, mounted cultivator, curler and grain drill. It has had 2 swts of sleeves and a couple sets of rings in between. The rearend has been worked on at least twice. It's restored and in great shape now. I will keep it forever.
